The levels of learning for teacher
Teacher is one of the main factors for the creation of the next generation of qualified. Not only from intellectuality side but also from the procedures behave in society. Therefore, the duties of a teacher are not easy. Good teachers have to understand about the general reality of a teacher. There are some methods from three levels of learning, Pragmatic Learning’s level, eclectic learning’s level, and Individual learning’s level. All of the levels must be realized by a teacher.
1. Pragmatic Learning’s level
pragmatic learning’s level is learning which organized by teacher using methods that according to previous experience of teacher at the time was considered to provide optimal result, though this ways is not at all based on a particular theory. For example: when teachers get the teaching of training, they apply to their students, at this time.
2. Eclectic learning’s level
In the operation of eclectic learning, teachers had a thorough comprehension of various phenomenological learning with a variety of technologies. Trying to select and implement a portion or a whole approach and technology integration in accordance with the problems and student requirements. When teacher is teaching in the class, she/he afforded to using technology of learning. For example: at least teacher must be using a laptop and projector on teaching.
3. Individual learning’s level
Individual learning’s level has some characteristics: (1) control of depth of a number learning approaches and technology integration, (2) ability to choose and apply the right approach along with its technology for the benefit of student learning, and (3) something that funny also apply in this level, teacher have to make atmosphere of class to be appealing. The provision of personal color characteristics as to create a learning practices are really scientific, effective, productive, and unique.
From three levels above, we know that not only old system learning do for teaching, but also new system learning for teaching must be realized by teacher, Because both of them are relevance.
